NOTICE OF COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING PROPOSAL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Atlantic County Improvement Authority will recieve sealed proposals for a Competitive Contract, Pursuant to the Local Public Contracts Law of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. at the Atlantic County Improvement Authority, 600 Aviation Research Blvd Egg Harbor Township, NJ as follows:

Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et esq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. Seq., The Authority will award this Competitive Contract in accord with Price and Other Factors as outlined within N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et Esq., and N.J.A.C. 5:34-4.1 et. Seq,.
